OK so it has been a long time but maybe now that I am home I will actually be able to post every couple of weeks. We are loving Fresno here are a couple of recent pictures.

Michael 3.

We had a really fun time with my girlfriend Sara from college, who came to visit. Michael loved her and we were calling her his girlfriend. Here are some pictures from the weekend.
Wine tasting at Failla. Michael does a pretty good job at the wineries. On tour Sara and I took we were with a mom, dad and their three girls, these two girls are Pi Phis!

Michael was in swimming the last two weeks, after 8 lessons of crying the whole time (except while he was swimming) he decided he loved it the last two days, we are signing him up for two more weeks. Hopefully we will use our pool a lot this summer.

Michael was cute in the bathtub the other night. Mike figured out that if he squirted himself he could get a really good laugh out of him.

Michael's Birthday
Here are pictures of Michael's First Birthday. We spent it in WY with both of Mike's sisters and their families.  We  had a wonderful time!  Michael got a  little cranky during cake but he sure enjoyed the frosting!  We can't believe he is already one!

G/P you will love this footage! Michael and Dagney have really bonded.  He is totally in love with her, she is not as sure about him, except when he is feeding her!

This is the last of the videos that we have taken so far.  When we get back from our road trip we will load up what we have!

More Experimenting with the Camera

 Ok, I think I finally have this working!!!  I will get some more loaded if this works!  Sorry G/P and Grandma Jo that this took so long, they helped me out at the apple store today. 

Michael took his first bath just in the tub, he seemed to like it.  Here is a little clip.

Still Learning To use a PlateMichael is still learning to use a plate.  We have to remind him to keep it on the tray.  He testes us a lot by just raising one edge.  Today at lunch we were both out of the room for a moment and when Mike got back in the room Michael had rice on his forehead.

First Days Walking

Here is a little video of Michael walking.  He is already a better walker and once our new video camera (thanks G/P) is charged up and ready to go we will get some more videos.

For Memorial Day weekend we took a wonderful trip to Spokane to see my cousin Trevor's family and meet their new daughter Anna.  We had such a great time.  It was a weekend of firsts for Michael, first plane trip, (he was great!), first boat ride, (he was not so sure about that) and first time meeting Anna, (he gave her kisses and was gentle with her, for the most part).  Enjoy our pictures! Eating Pizza

This one is for Grandma Jo.  She was afraid we were not feeding him enough, and nothing tasty.  So here is the proof, a plate of cheese pizza, he loves it along with all the other "adult" food he gets to eat which is pretty much everything!

First Time brushing our teeth

So we decided to start brushing Michael's teeth.  He gets excited for it but it is hard to tell how much he likes it.  I think he would just like to chew on the brush. Click on the missing icon to see the pictures.

We have a great time playing in the living room it has become the playroom and has been taken over by Michael's toys, but we wouldn't have it any other way.  Michael is getting close to walking as you will see he using some push toys!  Still haven't figured out how to have a picture to click on but if you click on the box that looks like there is an icon missing it should take you to a photo album.
